Marsh is the reason why you can't always accept that ex-players know more about football than you because they used to play it.

Cundy was at best a very average (on a good day) player who would comfortably get into a Spurs Worst Eleven players ever to have worn the great white shirt.

He is a better presenter than he was a player, and he is absolutely c rap at presenting!

You can see Kane is more or less enthused by the joy of playing regularly as a senior.

Though his current wages may be low compared to what other clubs may be paying his age peers, he at least knows that if his performance continues as is, he will be offered upwards increases annually.

Cundy was one of the worse players Spurs ever signed, absolutely right up there with the likes of Rasiak, etc. I love the way he has jumped on the Chelsea bandwagon since Abramovich turned up, making out he was always a Chelsea supporter. The only possible reason Spurs would sell Kane this summer is if they are aware of some career threatening health condition.

He isn't worth £100m at the moment but could be if he keeps up his current form for a couple more seasons, why on earth would they sell now?

So unless they are sure he can't medically keep his form up it makes zero sense to sell now.

He will probably have an average game tonight and the vultures will stop circling...

Marsh still holds a grudge because Bill Nick never signed him way back.
