"Many days he would walk 4 miles(the busses weren't running yet) to work and be told he wasn't needed"

That's illegal if he was given a shift.

So many misconceptions about zero hour contracts.

I know bar workers who turn up at 10am and then told they aren't needed till 2pm so sit about like plums.

Would say the true winner is Cameron.

I think he masterminded this debate to be an absolute shambles and it's worked brilliantly.

NO WINNER

it was a draw.

At least no one made huge gaffes.

Surely priority one is = no ***k ups.

Sturgeon did the same tactics the YES campaign did. Lots of unrealistic promises where under their leadership everyone becomes employed overnight.

Farage is the most confident one, but his immigration views are just a tad too much imo

To be fair he didn't have much to fear from ed directly.

It was about shedding votes to UKIP. Not really sure that greens would really have made any labour gains on the back of that...

Again, not allowed.

The only difference between zero hour contracts & "normal" contracts of employment is that you are guaranteed 0 hours per week. They still have to conform to every other legal requirement of employment contracts in terms of changing your shift etc

Tbh Cameron always does well in these things, very savvy.
