Sand and maf I take both your points.

I guess what I'm really saying is Farage uses emotive language to get headlines but if you watched Spurs v West Ham in my local you would hear alot worse.

FFS how can you compare watching West Ham v Spurs to running the actually country. I have heard it all now.

Don't be so precious Sandy, even Farage dosn't think he will be running the country with his 2 or so mps after May. He wanted to get under peoples skin and you've allowed it to happen to you. I guess I'm just never that easily offended/wound up!

"For what, everything?? Hardly."

Well yes it is, you see the problem with any data collection is that the results you get will show bias due to the fact certain groups in society are willing or able to supply said data.

You are intelligent enough to know that different age, socio-economic groups etc have quite broad differences in thier response rates to data collection. That extends to the compulsory census.

Farage is a clown & UKIP are a party run by City bankers intent of making the rich richer, promoting nationalism & privatising the NHS. Farage was basically a one trick pony last night turning everything back to immigration and the less said on his AIDS comments the better. Like all right wing parties they prey on people's fears and intolerance perpetuated by fear pórn media like the Sun, Mail & Telegraph. I honestly think a person that votes for UKIP must be a right tósser.

Farage don't know the immigration rules at all. Non-EU immigrants must have insurance to enter in to this country. It's compulsory.

muffinboy can you please support this with a link?

Any individual who is involved in an accident (wherever they are from) and taken to A&E receive their treatment free of charge, it is only if they are referred to an outpatients clinic etc are they then assessed for payment!

No link then muffinboy?

Haven't read all 1135 comments but to cut it short, does anyone on here think Farage is worth voting for?

If so, GTFO.

Weare wants to take him home to meet his dear old mum, that's about it.

PawlBawron is to my mind wrong, but raising sensible points.

muffinboy....................................I have just checked the Home Office site & read through several areas concerning immigration & visas, there is nothing whatsoever in there requiring you to produce medical insurance documentation prior to entering the UK!

If you are aware of which part of Immigration Rules the insurance details are stated please provide it to me.

He said, those HIV patients are not British. They may be, Irish, people from the EU or people on indefinite to leave or partners of British citizens.

People like you will easily believe his lies.

No he didn't, what he actually claimed was that 60% of HIV patients being treated on the NHS were immigrants who were health tourists, i.e. they had no real entitlement to free treatment!

Are you so thick to understand? He said, they are not British. But may not be the ones who came to get the treatment.

Before applying to long term British visa, they need to go for medicals anyway.
