Not fussed about the NHS being privatised as long as the poorest are guaranteed free care.

Anyone on over 40k (single person) 65k (combined income) should have to have health insurance

It's like a mortgage really. You borrow money to get a house now, but pay interest as opposed to saving for 30years and buy it for cash. Problem is its something like 300% interest
