He was shocking for 1st 30 mins, then our best player after. He is so inconsistent and frustrating at times.
I thought he played just as well as he's played since his return from injury but cos he scored a stunning freekick people will over estimate his performance.
But if it gets the media off his back, then that's a good thing
Ozil was great. Cannot believe there were people getting angry pre-kick off because Walcott remained benched and Ozil started.
Bet they feel silly now.
Ozil I thought was excellent

I'd have him for the freekick alone. For the amount of set pieces we win around the box, we do waste quite a lot. More of the same lad. No way the keeper was ever going to get that.

don't pay attention to what the clueless media have to say. Do they still think we have an annual collapse every march?
World class.
Sublime player pure genius
Ozil was really impressive today, one of the best games he's played for us and the first time he looked convincing in a big game.
Is passing was a lot more crisps, he didn't get dislodged of the ball either
Definitely his best performance in a bit game
A joy to behold. He is never going to be a leader but he is taking responsibility now.
Shocking first 30 mins, Bats? Didn't see that myself. I though he was brilliant throughout. Was really impressive today.
He had a good game. Would easily rate him a 7/10.
Most of the media hate toward him is just because of the way he looks and body language.
They prefer the headless chicken workhorse in midfield who runs everywhere, red faced covererd in sweat.
Fantastic performance by Ozil. He's been quite solid since coming back from injury, and was brilliant today. Here's a hoping he keeps it up.
He cost 42m and it took him a year and half to play well so it's normal he got criticised... if he keeps playing like this he won't get criticised.
If he had the body language of Flamini doubters would cream themselves irrespective of how he plays.
He's world class and makes difficult things look ordinary
I wasn't sure about him starting today but his passing and movement was a lot more efficient today.
Excellent performance.
However, Ramsey should not be on the flanks

You are right Bats....I complained myself that he lost the ball to many times. When we controlled that game better he was better till he was replaced.
MOTM was Coquelin for me. Sublime performance.
Özil, Giroud, Sanit and Coquelin turned our season around
Played very well, but if anything today showed we should never play him and Santi together in the big games, we missed the thrust of Ox once we slowed down between minute 15-35

Apparently we have scored the most goals from set pieces. Go figure
