Awful, awful performance.
Its very rare for me to post negative comments on here but i was disgusted with that display. This is not a knee jerk reaction because this has been building up for a while now with so many inept displays.
At the moment it dosent matter who we pick only Rose and Kane are playing with any desire.
Eriksen has gone right of the boil, it dosent matter who plays in support of Kane, wether its Chadli, Townsend, Lamela or Townsend, none of them are performing.
We made Villa a poor team look like world beaters today and to be honest they more than deserved to win, in the 2nd half we had a chance.
The passing was atrocious, typified by Bentaleb's awful pass to a villa player in the 2nd half.
No creativity, every player's touch was awful and we were 2nd to the ball all game.
Its just like we have given up on the season and the players are on the beach already.
The manager dosent escape criticism either, because i dont know what is going on the training pitch between games. For those wanting Poch out thats the last thing we need to do though.
I was hoping for a quiet summer of little disruption but this squad needs an overhaul, at least 7 need to go and we need to bring in players with leadership and a will to win.
We wont finish higher than 7th now, it just depends on whoever is in the fa cup final and if we get a Europa spot. A promising season ending up with a whimper.

We will continue treading water for a while yet, this new Stadium will not be cheap and obviously funds are being pumped into that.
The constant revolving door of player ins and outs to make a zero net spend every season also has negative impact.
If you believe this site http://www.transferleague.co.uk/tottenham-hotspur/english-football-teams/tottenham-hotspur-transfers
In the last 4 or 5 years we have made around £40m profit on transfers, if you add that to say a £20m per season transfer kitty, then you have around £140m that has not been invested on players in the last 5 years or so.
The result is signings have not been good enough, as we will not pay the extra £££ to acquire the required quality, Moutinho being a prime example.
All too often we have settled for second and probably third choice targets, it is no surprise we continuously take a step forward and then a step back.
Never been a fan of Poch, was fuming when we first hired him and gave him a lot of stick at the start of the season.
I'm willing to give him a chance but only cos he's ability to bring the kids through, this summer he can build his team to what he wants.
I know he has no plan b at the moment, but look at our bench, I wouldn't trust any of them to come on and change the game.
Fair play for Villa for taking maximum points at White Hart Lane today and leaving with a clean sheet.
The Champions League dream is now well and truly over and Liverpool now have a game in hand in 6th place.

agreed entirely this also includes management
Oh we can forget playing in any European competition at all next year.
I'm wondering wot we are going to do in the last six games since now there is nothing to play for?
Wow strong comments and I got slaughtered for saying similar earlier in the season when everybody told me how well we were doing etc etc.
Two games this season we have looked like a good side with guts, ambition, heart and bollox the rest of the time we have looked extremely average.
Even in the cup final we went out with a total whimper rather than a bang. Some of the blame should definitely be directed at the players but a hell of a big chunk should also be directed at our management and coaching staff.

We could try our best to help Southampton get top 4 over City? Perhaps this is what Poch has been thinking already, as a favour to his old club.
