Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy, what is this tripe?
It's all about money Jimmy. No way will Liverpool do what you suggest - it's just too costly for them to do so. Wipe off an asset, which is what you are effectively stating? Not a chance.
It won't prove a point either. Unless Sterling is absolutely adamant that he will stay and wants to stay. That isn't the case though is it? The owners won't allow a valuable asset to be treated in such a way, so what you suggest simply will not happen.
I understand and agree with your sentiment, but unfortunately there's just no place for such sentiment in football today.
And I thought, what would SAF had done at United if he was still in charge and Sterling was on their books? Would he have ever been allowed to kick a ball for Untied again? No chance.
-------------------------------
I'm not buying that at all.
Ferguson had many a reported issue regarding partying and headline grabbing with the likes of Giggs when he was younger.
I think the stories in the various papers are there to get a reaction. Click bait. And by your over the top reaction it seems to have worked.
Jtr.....kinda agree. Personally id just call him and say u accept or we sell you. Thats it.....id explain its that he has potential but a long way to go. Id talk about swp..a johnson etc but essentially make it crystal clear its lfc who make the decisions.
Thats the offer tell me now..if no decision id take it as u want to move, then id sell in the summer for as much as we can get; and id tell u, city would offer £30M no probs.
Sharticle. Was you saying the same about Suarez when he was dragging our good name through mud? Raheems being greedy but at the moment hes just waiting till summer to decide. Nothing wrong with that. He goes we get paid he stays he develops further. Cant see what the issue is
City would snatch liverpool's hand off for £30m GB. As would any club to be honest.
If fergie needed a player they were allowed to walk all over his drunk Arris
He was only tough when a player was expendable
When Rooney did this SAF gave him a pay rise

You do make me laugh...you are such a character
You were bleating about being allowed your opinion a few week s ago and you were absolutely rinsed
Keep up the good work for my enjoyment
I have never known a board like the Liverpool board where people moan at other posters if they have different views to their own
Surely that is what a football forums is about...to discuss things
I am seriously thinking about giving this board up due to the moaning on here
Some people on here need to look at the Celtic/Rangers boards where the guys have a laugh despite being rivals and actually meet up for a few drinks occasionally
I can tell your a newbie nolza...
im not brendan rodgers biggest fan and ive been hammered for it
Best to keep shtum half the time
Def not a newbie
I have been here since this was formed and was previously on the old BBC 606 but this board really is the most moaning board of all the ones I have looked at
And for the love of god any negative articles are totally forbidden.
And also once you have an opinion you must stick by it regardless of any change in circumstances!
How dare anyone criticise any of the team/manager/tactics
I think they should bring back hanging for such heinous crimes

Nobody cares what you think. I'm not sure how you haven't noticed. Perhaps a bit slow. Why don't you try one of your other logins as this was is done.
Perhaps start a new one and throw in a few positive comments to at least make it look legit for a while?
Or heaven forbid you go on your Everton account and try to liven the board up there, it's like a bloody graveyard at the moment.
I don't know what you are talking about but keep making me laugh
I can almost see the rage in your typed words...
More and more people can see how upset you get when they have a different viewpoint from yours
I think there could have an element of increased Kudos for BR had he reformed Balo, like he had successfully made Suarez into the world class goal scoring machine.
BR may well have acceded to the transfer committee recommendation with this in mind.

Yeah I'm fuming
You'll have to do a lot better than that, especially when I already know what you are. What's great is that everybody else does too. Read your own comment history and you'll see why. You didn't put in the ground work. I call it laziness.
This Nolza guy and his crew are really stinking up the place. Feck off. Popping up every now and then just to have a pop and not being seen for months when we are on form is support anyone would rather do without and you deserve all the abuse you get you poser. Its funny how the attention seeking helmets always cry like babies when the attention they seek is not in positive. You are free to have your opinion but others are also free to give their opinions and to disagree, laugh at and ridicule your opinion if they think it is laughable. You constantly crying about it is rather amusing though.

What if he actually is a Liverpool fan?
Jimmy, crap - that's how i'd define this article, but its your right to write crap.
Sterling is contracted until Summer of 2017.
That's all there is to it. He performs well, he plays.. simple as.
If he doesn't want to sign a new contract during next season, then we sell after that season has gone.
