That was a definite penalty however since the player was going away from goal, the goalkeeper should have stayed on the pitch with a yellow card.

A similar incident happened when we played Sunderland in the first game of the season. Suarez was through on goal, around the keeper and ready to slot it in, Richardson fouled him and astonishingly, the referee gives a yellow.

The consistency is shocking.

OP:

Wow, not happy with a great performance and dishing out a hammering, you want three fantasy penalties awarded too.

Steinsson handball - outside the box - watch the replay.
Robinson tackle on Suarez - he got the ball - watch the replay.

The only other penalty incident I can think of was in Bolton's favour (the handball at 3-0), I bet you're not whining about that not being given though.

wow!
The match pundits said Robinson's and Knight's were definite penalties. As for Steinsson hand ball no one could tell it was in or outside. And how about the back pass?

Which match pundits? The sky ones certainly didn't - Ray Wilkins.

I'm not sure which Knight incident you're referring to so I'll not debate that one... maybe I had nipped out of the room when that happened, but I haven't seen it.

The Steinsson one is clearly outside from the angle straight down the pitch.

The backpass was a backpass and should have been an indirect freekick.

I thought the backpass aside the referee did well today, now think, how often do losing fans say this?

What are your thoughts on the handball incident involving the Liverpool lad in the second half?

The Agger one came off his knee and hit his arm - they're only ever given to Utd at OT. And did you seriously NOT see Knight grab Suarez's ankle?

No, but as I say, not going to argue against a decision I missed... I am not doing a Wenger on you, I promise. I just thought the OP saying Liverpool were denied "three clear penalties" was excessive.
