It is a brilliant move even if it is Bendtner plus 5M.

Hahaha Bendtner +2m, is this guy for real? No wonder we are such a joke in the transfer market.

Areteta was very mediocre last season and from what I saw heavily criticised by Evertonians

Arteta seems injury prone, and despite being first choice for Everton has not appeared in 30 league games in a season since 06/07.

Think there are better options out there.

He's still their best player after Baines and much more valuable then Bentdner. Regardless I don't even think they would go for Bendtner.

Everton won't go for Bendtner? The only problem would be wages, Bendtner would be a massive improvement on the options they already have (Anichebe, Beckford and the injury prone Saha)

Ofcourse we should be going for someone better but that means more money and we all know how much Wenger hates that. I still think we'll end up with Jadson.

bendtner wouldnt go to everton, the guy has suitors at lyon, dortmund & sporting lisbon.

They would rather get someone like Odem or Rodallega for cheaper. Why do you think Bendtner hasn't found a club yet?

We should offer them Bendtner plus 20M for Arteta and Baines. Maybe we will be overpaying by 2-3M, so big deal. We would have improved our team considerably while letting go of a player who wants to go anyway. And Everton can use the money to either shore up their finances or pick some players on deadline day.
