That wasnt my point. Try again... We would have taken all players mentioned

You make a good point, hopefully Rodgers sticks to signings like Balotelli, Markovic and Lovren

He might be a flop, and he might not, looking forward to finding out though

I would've liked him, but Sterling, Ibe, Origi and Marko all play in a similar position and are young as well. Not sure if any are quite as good though.

Dont know much about him to be honest but LVG has a knack for ruining players. Regarding Origi and Markovic less said the better

I didn't think Blind did too badly, he was hardly a big money signing.

ADM was disappointing for the money spent but his stats are decent and he didn't have a pre season as his new club in a new league (with a new language) so I am not writing him off yet.....

True, but Blind came with a reputation after WC.
Yeah ADM may improve...but imo he doesnt wsnt to be there. His body language.

This Liverpool fan is hoping Depay will follow suit

Fair play to the lad, he went where he knows the manager, and is pretty certain of playing some part in the champions league.
Wasn't surprised in the slightest, and also read last week that Liverpool and moved on from interest in Depay, maybe because they knew they were not getting him, and are supposedly looking for a more experienced striker to lead the line in the inevitable absence of Sturridge next season.

That's got to be priority for you this summer, a top quality striker with no major fitness issues

Blind has been great, hasnt let Sterling out of his pocket yet I guess

Blind is better at LB than MF but Shaw will nail that down.

Depay will need time to settle in the Prem. We can't afford to buy players like this. We need proven players who are able to hit the mark immediately.

Nobody can name players as flops without looking at the dross Rodgers has bought.

Blind has been very good in a lot of games. He's the perfect squad player. Dependable, can play a variety of positions and a grafter. He's also not bad on the ball. He's everything I thought Allen was going to be, after his great start with us.

Personally I'd have him at left back over Shaw, when Carrick plays of course.

Blind is quality

just not as good as carrick and shaw's performance vs chelsea was immense.

but he's going to be a useful player for us

Depay is utd next left full back.... stands to reason given where young plays.
