Sahin played on the Castilla team in R.Madrid's first preseason kickabout. Castilla won the match 5-1 and Sahin stood out.
I'd hate to see him go without having had the chance to prove himself, but "stomach bug" sounds to me like he might already be finalising negotiations with another club.
Hope he stays, but if he does go, hopefully it'll be on loan or with a minimal buy-back clause.

spain-honduras
hopefully the rojita play well today
Hopefully.
Elsewhere, rumour has it that Al-Thani is in negotiations to sell Málaga to a Russian & Ukranian-backed Albanian investor. Doesn't sound to good that, does it?
bloodyhell ! cant believe whats happening at malaga !
i wonder why he wants to sell ?
currently watching spain v china basketball
fairly comfortable so far for spain in the 4th...
83-67 spain with 4.55 left
jesus ! spain are playing so bad again !
how spain didnt score in the 2nd half is amazing !!!!!!!!
the referree was a f,cking disgrace !!
2 pens he didnt give
Didn't watch the game, but I don't really understand why Milla didn't start Herrera in either game. Regardless of injuries or refs, the manager has to shoulder the blame for such a poor showing imo.
dont think ander was 100% fit..
thats what they're saying anyway
thiago and ander herrera in midfield would have improved spain alot !
the central defenders were dreadful !
Botia was marking thin air for honduras's goal..
spain missed so many chances !!
how did rodrigo hit the cross bar and not score !! it was an open goal ...
as poorly as spain played for a match and a half, how they didnt score 3 goal in the 2nd half last night was incredible
agree that milla should take responsibility..
some of his substitutions and the timing of them were really poor
Spain are out - http://tinyurl.com/7sk7eg2
True, I have no argument against that point.
pekster logic is the only logic...

They replayed the game this morning, but I only watched about 5 mins of the second half, featuring a great run from Muniain that hit the post and a Rodrigo header that the keeper saved superbly. Muniain's would've been a great goal. Spain were all over Honduras, I think the shot count was something like 24-1, but finishing's been a regular problem for Spain in recent times.
Can't even begin to say how much better Japan were than us though, even when it was 11v11.
Can't really complain about our exit if we haven't managed to score a goal over 180+ minutes and our defence has been so shaky.
Hoping Japan, Senegal and Uruguay do well now.
pekster logic is the only logic...

I fundamentally disagree.
Messi's been anonymous so far in this tournament. Neymar clearly the better of the two, which automatically makes C.Ronaldo better too.
yes i'm hoping uruguay do well too
