Tbh i think protein shakes can be a bit of a placebo on the whole VIK. But when added with certain food groups it has its place.

I love cereal, my mates take the p!$$ out of me for eating 'kids cereal', but I like the taste so fack them.
ATM I'm eating Weetabix as a healthier option, but my favourites are probably:
1. Coco Pops
2. Chocolate Corn Flakes
3. Frosties
In that order.

Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with full-fat milk once in a while is something to behold. Also anything with pecan nuts and clusters in it. I also quite like those Grape-Nuts that come in a smaller box, quite a heavy cereal.
Tend not to really buy cereal though because I’ll just plough through it after work and it is full of sugar. Had porridge this morning.
