Kings, but even allowing for inflation Sterling will cost an awful lot of money in comparison.

Although i do see the irony

I didn't see ex Southampton players all crying to anyone that will listen that their players were all leaving for bigger clubs and more money last summer

Er..1984 Brazil. May not be much to you, but If Sterling had done that, we'd be waxing lyrical.

Flash im not saying we should sign him im just pointing out the blatant contradictions and hypocrisy.

However if he buys himself out of his last year leaving 12 month's left on his contract, he might be there to be had at £20-25m, which would be worth a punt, especially considering we can probably spend quite a bit this summer now FFP is almost certainly going to be relaxed a bit.

If Liverpool fail to beat Stoke, Southampton will finish above them with a win at The Ethiad.

That would be hilarious.

He took the Scouse Racism very well

He played 233 games for Watford scoring at least double figures for them every season. He helped them win promotion to the 1st division, he finished 2nd in the league with them, got them to an FA Cup final. That's quite an achievement at a club like Watford.

Raheem has done nothing yet.

Rich flub unhappy that players might move to richer clubs that were bought from poorer clubs. Cry me a river.

I've had the misfortune of seeing two of your comments this week. This comment confirms that you need to hire a personal air traffic controller for the amount of things that fly over your head. Try reading and absorbing the OP's comments. Barnes won sweet fa same as Sterling and both want to move on to clubs where they have a better chance of silverware. At no point did the OP say that he didn't rate Barnes as a player. You thick plank.
