I've never met him.

Seems a genuine bloke though. The £96k he donated was cool and I like it that his family are still here.

I thought he handled the awful Chelsea fans with their little print outs in the very first game with dignity as well.

It is only a bit of fun.

All any United fan has to do is say something only slightly derogatory about Rafa and just sit back and enjoy the music.

I can remember the old 606 though when many Liverpool fans were calling for Rafa's head after finishing 7th from 2nd the previous year.

Dont know much about him to be honest but LVG has a knack for ruining players.

Got to laugh at that one.

Some great signings in there from Rafa

All these clubs play and invest literally hundreds of millions to do what Rafa did

After 21 years we were back at the top of Europe. Hence a lot of credit is due

He then backed it up with another final. Our best league performances in years, 5 nil on aggregate against Real Madrid! The 2008/09 team should have won the league...I will always blame Robbie Keane!

And the evidence says this was at a net spend of £78 million!

Seems like a bargain when you compare this to the money City, PSG & Chelsea etc. have spent to conquer Europe. Jose left Chelsea first time around because he couldn't beat Rafa in Europe
