Arguably had the biggest impact on the team this year. Giving the team the right defensive balance
Villa, another team to have been coq blocked this season
My MOTM today. Like I said in the match thread, it's crazy how much he's developed this season. Breaks up every attack, majestic on the ball, incredible player.
Of course the whole team was amazing today.
Le Coq appreciation of danger and positioning to avert it is superb.
Always knew he had it in him. A very important player in our set up now!
Have to say that I didn't think he would make it but if he plays like that every game he will be a great player for Arsenal. Most improved player I have seen for a long time . Really hope that he can maintain this improvement next season.
What a season this guys had. Proves we shouldn't right anybody off. Not even Sanogo
As Alexis says, his passing - which has been the only criticism of him this season - was excellent today .
I particularly like his willingness to quickly play diagonal balls into the widemen - in fact, our first goal stemmed from a great cross-field pass to Walcott.

Yes we can write Sanogo off; he is a postman that can even stay fit.
Our Coq has truly stiffened the midfield this season, hopefully he can improve on his penetration next year.
All puns aside, he's our best DM since Gilberto
Coquelin carries the piano on which Cazorla and Ozil play the beautiful arsenal tune.
He has truly come of age.
We saw a better Coquelin, one we haven't seen. This guy today not only cleared out any danger but his use of the ball proved people wrong, those ones who say he's not a ball playing dmf. If that wasn't a ball playing dmf performance I don't know what is.
Exactly, complete performance from him. He's only going to improve his game as time goes on, still young but seems years ahead in terms of his reading of the game, and confidence on the ball.

He always performed playing for Arsenal, even when chances were few and far..cannot say the same thing for Sanogo or many players that needs off loading.
