Sheriff yeah some classic lines in Point Break.

I would have preferred them to bring back an older Jonny Utah with Keanu Reeves starring in a Point Break sequel than a pointless remake.

John Wick shows that Keanu can still do the action stuff as well as he ever did.

So watched it last night...generally pretty good...bit heavy on the shoot em ups but decent
not nearly enough of Bridget moynahan though....

Glad to hear you liked it Sheriff. It's certainly not Shakespeare but a great action flick.

John Wick 2 is currently in production as well. Speaking of great action flicks I have high hopes for Deadpool. Haven't seen any reviews yet either.

Yup hopefully this is the beginning of many new X files series to come. I've seen the first two but am currently working my way through the best of the older episodes in order to really get my X files fix.

Just briefly checked some reviews for Deadpool and without giving anything about the film away they seem to be very good. Definitely going to get my lazy ass to the cinema for this one

X files covers a wide range of controversial subjects including the ufo and abduction phenomenon which almost nobody else wants to touch so personally I wouldn't pay too much attention to reviews on it by mainstream media.

I was slightly underwhelmed by Sicario. Very decent movie but didn't live up to the hype, to me anyway.

And yes it's brutal.

Anyone see that Cartel Land documentary last year? Would deffo recommend that. Remember I saw it about ten days before I saw Sicario

Going to see Deadpool tonight, thoughts from anyone who's seen it yet?

I'm not as excited as some of the mega Marvel fanboys as I've grown tired of the superhero genre to be honest, but going to this one with an open mind as it's almost in its own category.

Mike I know there was an advanced screening of it last night at my local cinema but I'm fairly certain you'll be one of the very first to see it from this board anyway. Let us know what you thought of it

Gunna go see it on Valentines day. Not one of these people who reads comics so has been excited to see this for years.
