That would make sense I guess. I wasn't that keen on the ten year fast forward after Paris. Hopefully Ragnar still has a big involvement in the show.

yer
hopefully we will see the old charismatic/smart Ragnar return for next 10 episodes

Yup let's hope so although I fear they might sideline him a bit now with more emphasis on the sons.
Hopefully Ragnar's got his sh*t together now. Still looked like a junkie when he finally came back at the end. Wonder what the hell he was doing for the last decade?

Haha yeah he looked like it. I think the creepy looking invalid son is going to have a big story arc from now on.

Very interesting, I know very little about Viking history. So that's the direction the show will go in then. If so I can see Ragnar getting killed off quite soon as well.

Watched Black Sea yesterday, good old fashioned style submarine thriller with Jude Law. Well worth a watch.

It kinda does but it isn't a very important story arc in the context of the show. I watched it a while ago though so not sure, c@cksucker!!
SPOILER
I have forgotten why he was mad for reopening the negotiations. On having him killed, he killed him because the claim that they thought was fake turned out to be a real lucrative claim and he refused to budge and sell it back
