Anyone seen Onwards? Was annoyed that when I got Disney+ (free log in off my Sister) it's not even on there yet, fckin waste of money (although not my money) if new stuff doesn't even go on when it had already been on at the Cinema pre-coronavirus
I've always loved Pixar but hated the old animated Disney films even as a kid (not a fan of musicals tbh).

Finally! I've found another. Brother!
Although I have one exemption, that I used to love, and recently re-watched and still enjoyed...

Fair enough, I thought it'd had a pretty decent length run at the cinemas pre covid.

Robin Hood is ok, but half the animation is recycled from other movies.

I like Pixar, but I loved it a lot more before it just decided to make constant sequels.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There are still plenty that don't get (and shouldn't) sequels though.
I think Inside Out is the best idea, and best executed they've done in years.

Its a musical dance scene. Who cares? Still a quality movie with memorable and fun characters.

Never even knew that, and certainly didn't care as a kid
Good video though to highlight it.
Still haven't forgive Pixar for that montage at the start of Up

Either because you cried (like me) or thought it was mawkish and manipulative (like my Dad lol).

Not ashamed to say I cried.

Monsters university and finding dory were disappointing, whilst being ok movies. They put me off Incredibles 2 and toy story 4, although I imagine I'll watch those at some point.
