I have now!

I'm a massive Bond fan and I've seen every single Bond movie countless times. To put things into perspective I've already seen No Time to Die twice on a big screen. There is however an anomaly here because up until the bank holiday weekend I'd never watched For Your Eyes Only before.

Don't ask me to explain why not as I have no good explanation other than to say that I've snippets of the movie over the years and even decades and just didn't like it for whatever reason.

I did however watch it in it's entirety over the weekend and I have to say it was incredibly surreal watching an old Bond movie that I've never seen before. Also the movie seemed quite different to anything Roger Moore had done before as Bond. Quite anomalous in itself albeit it's a high quality Bond movie in it's own right.

So bad. Like not even so bad it’s good. But I still enjoy those crap movies sometimes. I don’t recommend it even if I did enjoy its horrible-ness

Heavy Trip is great though. Everyone should watch that.

Watched The Duke this week...decent from Broadbent and Mirren...nice film

Also half way through The Batman...not bad...Pattinson is suitably dark...can't recognize Colin Farrell... ridiculous make up

Yeah I'll give The Batman another watch and see how it holds up on a second viewing

Sheriff being the biggest Bond guy here what was your opinion on For Your Eyes Only? Like where do you rank it among Moore's movies and also among all other Bond films ?

Ha yeah I noticed, he doesn't even have a line of dialogue though which I found amusing with his voice probably now considered his biggest asset as an actor.

He'd have made an excellent Bond main villain later in his career, shame we didn't see that happen.

Yeah I'm going to wait until there's a trilogy of these Matt Reeves Batman movies before I strongly compare them to the Nolan movies.

If I was to compare Reeve's The Batman with Nolan's Batman Begins then Begins comes out on top I think. That's subject to change on a second viewing of The Batman.

Then again I'm one of the few that thought Begins was the best movie in the Nolan trilogy.

Agree I really like begins. Though for comic book movies the other two were also of a quality marvel can’t get close to. They were excellent too.

I thought The Batman was really really good. But I'd have Batman Begins over it.
And who doesn't like a good James Bond romp, but FYEO with its rubbish soundtrack. its low down the list for me.
