I like this one because the actor's cut up at the end of it all knowing it's over (in my head he is anyway).

"So looking back Jimmy, what do you feel you've learned most from your experience with The Commitments? Well, that's a tricky question Terry, but as I always say, 'We skipped the light fandango, turned cartwheels 'cross the floor, I was feeling kind of seasick, but the crowd called out for more'. 'That's very profound Jimmy. What does it mean?' I'm f***ed if I know Terry".

Other notable lines:
"Yo Adrian, I did it."
"Welcome to Jurassic Park"
"ET go home"
"I'll be back"
"My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius..."
"You call that a knife?"
"May the force be with you"
"I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse"
"Say hello to my little friend"
"It's just a flesh wound"

“ Any of you f**king pr!cks move, and I’ll execute every motherf**king last one of ya!!”
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't remember the exact wording, but the line's slightly different when it cuts into again in the final scene.
Memorable line though (unless you're the actress it seems) and obviously the version you've cited is the better one of the two takes!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup!

In later scene she say it not as good. Wunder if was intensional?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is;
"Anyone of you f..in ' pr!cks move and I'll execute every one of ya m..f..kas”

There's few lines have had this much effect:

"Sir, let those laugh that win."

In the later scene she says,
"Any of you ****ing pr**ks move, and I'll execute every one of you mother ****ers, you got that?".

sorry hadn't realised you'd quoted the first one slightly wrong.

In the first scene she says
"Any of you ****ing pr**ks move, and I'll execute every mother ****ing last one of you".

In the last scene she says
"Any of you ****ing pr**ks move, and I'll execute every one of you mother ****ers, you got that?".

💥 THURSDAY THEME UPDATE 💥

Happy new year folks! Had a crazy bout with bronchitis but I survived. Hope all is well.

It’s aware season over here in Tinseltown so thought we should maybe talk about films who were rightfully showered with awards, those who never should’ve received as much as they were given and, even more importantly. those who wrongly got snubbed.

It’s not super easy to remember off the top of the head and maybe not all of you watch or pay attention to the awards, but I feel that politics defo plays a huge part in these awards.

There is so much glorious dialogue in Barry Lyndon. Best dialogue of any movie ever made probably.

An example:

"Madam! I have born, as long as any mortal could endure, the ill-treatment of the insolent Irish upstart whom you've taken into your bed. It is not only the lowness of his birth, and the general brutality of his manners, which disgusts me... but also the shameful nature of his conduct towards Your Ladyship, his brutal and un-gentleman-like behavior, his open infidelity, his shameless robberies and swindling of my property and yours. As I cannot personally chastise this lowbred ruffian, as I cannot bear to witness anymore his treatment of you, and as I loathe his horrible society as if it were the plague, I have decided to leave my home and never return... at least, during his detested life, or during my own."
https://youtu.be/TbUYRAS7XI8?t=162

whole scene is incredible.

I don't pay attention to the awards, so I'll stick with the one liner theme.

The best one liner is:

"No,I am your father"

The greatest twist in cinema.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No it isnt
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s one of the greatest twists.. but I personally didn’t see it that way, it was revealed another way…. I saw Jedi before Empire. So when Luke is asking Yoda to confirm it..

‘Your father he is’
whhhhaaaaaaaaaa..

Which then leads to the iconic line and and yet makes Old Ben bit of a twaaat, with…

Luke ‘you didn’t tell me the truth’
Kenobi ‘well, from a certain point of view’

See at that point, I’m knocking Kenobi the Fack out,
Man out here coming with semantics!!
Nah, you need a beatdown..

In reflection, Return of the Jedi was abit of a traumatic experience for me, cos when I saw Solo in Carbonite, I was so scared. Cos I didnt know what happened.
