There are a number of issues which concern some posters more than others, one of which is the aspiration of the women involved in prostitution throughout the world and their given reasons for plying their trade - That is far to complex to be resolved on this forum, however, an angle of this argument is that men take advantage of them - I don't know if any of you speak Thai, I am fluent and can clearly hear one of them say that pinky Pearson boy is hung like maggot! Are we to be as concerned about that abuse? OK joking apart, I'm quite sure verbal abuse and low values of the consenting parties involved in this grubby industry is a two way street

The lack of comment from the club is puzzling. I was discussing this with journos (who support other teams) and they said they'd heard that the women were part of the 'hospitality' given to the team. I obviously don't know the truth but couldn't see our owners doing that.
After all the issues caused when we travel as a team (broken jaws, fire extinguishers, false rape claims & jail) I would be tempted to destroy all passports!

Now we get into another issue if the girls where laid on by the hotel (owned by King power)for the players then thats a slightly different issue but still does not get round the fact they where abusive and send video back to the UK if others players where getting the same treatment but where being discrete these idiots could kick back and say who they where.

Q1 Yes videoing it and getting in the press bringing the club into disrepute.
Q2 as above
Q3 No how can you compare the two ? Anyway they would be in enough trouble from their mums and girlfriends.

I don't think it's true - just maybe speculation as to why nothing seems to have been done (& no one know what's going on behind the scenes). I personally think the three need to go in order to set an example - so unnecessary...

L'stone Fox - That actually highlights part of the problem with the lack of a club statement: Any rumour like that can gain traction and put the club further into disrepute.

Anyway - foxes voice, to answer your questions in my opinion:

1. As with Nev, I'd still be concerned that there was a video and it would still be uncomfortable that they felt the need to go to a brothel, but it would be a less serious charge; I think less would be made of it and it would blow over. They should still receive some punishment from the club for bringing it into disrepute but I'd say it fell short a sacking offence.
2. As above. Innocent until proven guilty, and this is pretty conclusive. The fact that the evidence comes from their own stupidity in recording the incident and sending it back home is irrelevant.
3. Frankly, that would be up to the company concerned. These guys were representing our club, a club that requires our patronage and support. If they worked for Asda and they did it, I could choose whether or not to keep going to Asda if I felt that strongly about it. I can't choose to stop supporting Leicester and start going to Forest matches instead.

Of course, these are all ifs and buts and all speculative because they're not the incident that has happened. But hopefully they give you an insight into my particular objections.
