Gets my vote mate, would fit in quite nicely I suspect.
My only concern is stalling Price' progress again, he is a star in the making, but just maybe being understudy to Britton will work in his favour?
I seem to remember us calling for Afobe before time.
They won't thank us though will they? I mean Wolfgang, Tamwolf and the other bullies.
The pundit has mentioned just about every player that's free, or at least affordable !

I am sure that what Britton will be looking for is a two or even three year contract. Which for me makes a 32 year old an unattractive signing
Not a worry for me DJ. I'd welcome a two year deal. His fitness could command a 4 year deal.
Irwin and Ince were given one year deals at 36 and 34 years of age. Sam Ricketts was given a two year deal at 31 years of age. Tomas Kuszczak signed a deal until January at 32. We have a history of getting deals for older professionals right.

A special mention.
not sure he'd be much of a signing
has clearly not trained in a long time, is well over weight, getting on a bit

PLUS he was involved in the recent child abuse enquiry. would bring shame on our great club...
if we want a pension age midget ronnie corbett would be cheaper ... and funnier
Here comes Wolfgang to take Pundit's lunch money.
Ciftci has rejected a new contract, has been on our radar in recent times.
Isn't he the one who was accused of biting someone in a game recently? Still if he also scores like Suarez we'll have him
"Swansea City midfielder and club legend Leon Britton has been linked with possible moves to Championship sides Burnley and Wolverhampton Wanderers."
"Millwall, meanwhile, are managed by former Swans boss Kenny Jackett and could prove to be an attractive option for a player who featured under Jackett in south Wales for three years."
Proof if you ever needed it that you shouldn't believe everything you read.
Have we not been down the oldie, has been and to much in wages route before. No thanks.

James McClean next in.
Next in after all the others that have been mentioned or next in before all the others that have been mentioned?
Trust me tats, in the know innit
I haven't mentioned the others as next in, I bide my time.
You sure it isn't his kid brother?

young, hungry, Irish now where have I heard that before!
If he signs next, then yes, I meant him.
Not a good signing imo , for that role we have jack price and britton might be slightly better but i would want our wages on to somewhere we need inmproving .ie wages for a loan signing of chalobah for example who offer something different
Not the way forward in my humble opinion. Too old.
Kind of agree regarding Price burga, would say we have other areas that need attention more and price is a star in the making.
