Sky repeat the highlights twice during the day tomorrow.
Gonna stick it out a bit longer, night
It's starting to look like Reed and Speith as a pairing has backfired, they've been taken exact other on and losing out.
I've just witnessed the most unfair drive of all time.
Chambers bay, fair play to the winner.
But it's off the open rota for a couple of decades.
It's one thing being the same for everyone, rubbish, great shots punished so much it's crazy golf.
Still gonna watch it
A tough course is one thing, and luck will always play a part, but you need a fair course also. For me if you are on the green, then you should be able to have a putt to get in the hole, rather than forced to play away from the hole.
This course is tough enough anyway, so I don't think you need crazy pin positions also. I know the US Open is always tough, but if they gave a few more birdie opportunities for today so someone could go low, that would make it a bit more exciting, and not everyone is going to go out and shoot a mid 60 round on such a tough course any way.
So final day today, and with 4 co-leaders, it couldn't be tighter. Which one of them will go on to pick up the trophy, or will someone from the chasing pack prevail. Could Louis shoot a third successive 66??!!
I wouldn't be surprised if winning score is -3 or even -2, really will be a case of survival out there. Someone from the pack usually nicks a place, so I've added an extra e/w bet on Snedeker at 100s!!!
Just looked at some of the opening scores - Chgris Kirk racks up a 10 at the first
Remarkable performance by Oosthuizen to be in contention for the title after first round +7.
Horschel burning up the course at the moment, -5 for the round today through 12. Might be a low score out there for the chasing pack if they get a bit of luck.
Chris Kirk is a miserable , delighted.
Got work tomorrow, so going to call it an early night. Hope it's fun for anyone staying up.
Wow from Rory.
That will put the jitters up the rest.
That's two very make able ones that DJ. Has missed.
A putt for Rory to go to -7 under for the day.
If he can get to -4 in the club house, that would really put the pressure on the others . . .
Great shot Shane, needs it.
Yea kitty, never lifted a finger, breakfast in bed, my wife even cut the grass
