You get that awful ache right through your hip joint and up to your shoulders, and the terrible nausea - your legs just give way and you want to burst into tears
Hurts to walk afterwards, every time you put your foot down you get that shooting pain through your hip and gut.
Bad times for Chef
tbh when you get hit in the bread basket, the only person who wont find it funny is you

Even you can laugh about it after a while, but the ability to walk has to come back first
Got shot right on the tip of my knób by a paintball a few months back, that was sore
I somehow sat on my balls last week
ouch!!
Everyone has the "been hit in the balls" walk.......kind of a limp, with a back pain, type of action

That is really painful, always leaves you with the ''how the hell did that happen?'' thought as well
I was at a Funeral at the time
Chris Rogers is looking like a totally different player to last time round, scoring really freely
Rogers looking in decent nik...bat long lad

At least you had a good excuse for why you were crying
Some really nice shots from Rogers here
Chris Rogers' last six Test scores before today were 56, 95, 69, 57, 55, 55.
Yeah I saw that... didn't convert any into tons
50 for Rogers - well batted
Crowd is flatter than the pitch
apparently England Fans don't like shouting, enthusiasm, and cheering their team.....
I'd rather have cheering in abundance that a dead silent crowd
I agree, but it's a hell of a long day to keep chanting. Plus the only way English sports fans know how to chant is how they do it at football matches and I'd rather football "humour" stayed well away from the world of test cricket
