India lose on any surface in England though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Cheap shot
but lets stick to the current game and not derail
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree, stick to current game
Dunc brought it up not me
Australia always prepare the same wickets no matter who they are playing. That is the point.
Joe Luck is his new name.
Duncan this is Cardiff its a slow wicket at best.like I said lead up to the last ashes down under.. England had to play in Hobart 4/5 days before brisbaine..
Previously ashes in Australia which England won.. The warm up games were in Brisbaine.
Yes, the warm up were clearly the most important factor in the differences between those two series. We are in agreement.
England lost in Australia last time. because they were beaten by the better team.England are trying to win back the ashes.. Nothing wrong with preparing wickets to suit.
This is extremely slow.. It wll be difficult scoring against balls on the stumps..

Aussies are always so defensive when you talk to them. I guess it comes naturally to them, inherited from their ancestors who spent so much time in the docks.
Theres preparing wickets to get draws and theres preparing wickets to get the best result.. and playing the Aussies on slow wickets is the way to win.
Get them off, not fair on the batsmen

Not needed
Really surprised they're still playing
It's a slow wicket anyway.
