Raneris career has totally nosedived his performance at Greece was abysmal, they lost to the faroe islands

There's more to a manager than the players though and some people aren't always going to be suited to every position.

I work for Flight Centre and there's a huge difference in performance from store to store and that's largely due to the personnel in the store, not the company they work for. So just because it didn't work out with Greece, that doesn't mean it won't with us!

I think he'd be very suited to us right now and I really don't think there is anyone better out there to move us to the next level.

O'Neill for me. He'll keep us steady and stable for a couple of years and his profile will allow us to attract better players. Then after two seasons or so, take a well earned retirement and pass it on to someone like Howe or Lennon who can take us forward with more youth and new ideas.

I'm not sure about Ranieri. He's had a nightmare at Greece, albeit under difficult circumstances, and I'm just not sure he's got another top flight job in him. He's also well known to be a tinker man which could cause disharmony in the squad. And, does he know how to get the best out of the likes of Mahrez, Vardy, Albrighton, etc? I'm not convinced.

MON with maybe Lennon as his number 2. But, as much as I love the man - and I do; when I met him years and years ago I literally couldn't speak - I'm not sure it is right for him to come back. But I think he'd be better than the others (would have loved Moyes).

A couple of aussies complaining about the weather. What a turn up.

I'm in the o'Neill camp. Best for the squad that nige has left behind and would get the best out of players like vardy Albrighton etc.

Ranieri I fear will go with a scatter gun approach and disrupt the squad.

It could be like NP second time. MoN has unfinished business in the Premiership. He gave up years of his career to care for his wife so if he can put together a management team then its worth a punt

Yeah that's why I live in Queensland. It's 18-21 degrees this week so slightly cooler than normal but not bad for the middle of winter. Ten degrees at midnight and this is about as cold as it gets. Still feels chilly though brrrr ❄️

I've still or seen a manager is prefer over Pearson other than Klopp (no chance) or Hiddink +Cambiasso (looks to be no chance)

I'd go for an up and coming European manager personally. I'll let the owners find him.

I worry about O'Neill without a younger team around him.
