There was nothing to be got out of asking Wenger if he was gonna resign or get sacked. If there was I'd love to hear it. The only purpose was to try and demean him as far as I can see.

There are plenty of constructive criticisms and hard questions that many many fans have raised on this forum alone that could have been asked. I would argue that people like Shreeves and Skysports actually done gooners a disservice by not asking those and taking cheap shots instead.

NNN Nineteen. Well done for making this article.

As soon as the interview started, You could tell there was a subtle kind of bullying going on from Shreeves. He wouldnt dare ask the same questions to a Martin O Neill or a 'Arry Redknapp.

Looking back on it on me. It kind of angers me how Shreeves kept asking him. Is resignation in your thoughts, Are you going to resign before the next match, Are you going to sign any more players, What assurances can you give that this will nevr happen again.

Club rivalries aside now. The way Wenger got treated has riled me up You may say Im making a big deal out of it but Shreeves/ Gabrielle Clarke and a few others do this week in week out to foreign managers who are too polite to tell them to f u c k off

Remember back to the media pounding and ridiculing Avram Grant took. Anyone remember it?

Maybe go far as back as Rafa Benitez?

TV interviewers aren't there for your personal benefit. If you didn't like his approach then tough...
Complain to Sky.

Sometimes it's more telling what people don't say as is their reactions to awkward questions.

Considering his most recent failings this summer. He has alot to answer for considering his most recent failings this summer.

You feel your precious Wenger should be personally exempt from being put on the spot, I get that !

Thanks Mr C I'm not sure if it's xenophobia or it's what Scribe says but I have to admit the cynic in me thinks it's cos they are foreign - or rather the interviewers don't have the balls to do it to british managers (not that they should because it's out of order no matter who it is).

So who's benefit are they for, surely it's their viewers and subscribers. I'd even go as far as to say for the benefit of the game and those within it and those who watch it. As for complaining to sky. why are you expressing your opinions on this forum then? You don't like something complain to Arsenal FC. Bit of hypocracy don't you think?

Really? So what pearls of wisdom did you gauge from Wenger's response to his resigning or being sacked to enable you to learn any more than what you already knew?

Clearly he does. How does asking him if he's going to resign answer them?

Not my precious anything, I don't support arsenal. However, I have a sense of common decency for someone who is a respected figure within the game. It could have been any manager, my opinion would be the same.
