Apparently he's nailed on for Chelsea.

The perfect solution in this case is Pedro from Barcelona. He doesn't get regular game time

............

Never been that impressed with him to be honest.

He's a top class footballer believe me

Pedro blows hot and cold for me.

His allround game is pretty decent but he's not at that high level incomparison to the players he's played with both internationally and club.
He'll get into allmost every top club sqauds but will he be a constant performer in those 11's ?,not for me.

He'll be used just like he has at Barcelona, basically being in and out of the team.
Like I said, good squad player but nothing that special.

Pedro is class, not amazingly consistent but neither is rooney.
