First he has to get, and stay, fit. Then he has to put in consistently good performances. Then he can start making demands.

Unfortunately i think it's a choice between him and Ramsey in the starting line up and personally I would play Ramsey

In order to win titles we need players who welcome competition for starting places and use it to up their game - If Jack cannot earn his place in the team then he should fack off if he wants 1st team football.

Jeez the cheek of him if this is true is unbelivable. This fool cant even string 3-4 90mins games together without falling in a heap.

how about you go a season without getting injured and then come back and hold talks.

Good problem to have IMO.

Ozil, Cazorla, Ramsey & Wilshere all offer different qualities, the latter 3 can all do well deep and at CAM.

Wenger NEEDS TO BE STRONG and rotate rather than try to fit them all in one team.
We will have injuries and there will be room for them all to get game time, they've all got time left on their contracts so they can squeal if they want but we hold the cards.

First of all the reports are unlikely true but to address the question I think Jacks main objective is to stay for this season. Admittedly last season may well have been his first healthy season until that hatchett man McNair crushed into his ankle.

Other than that the last 18 months have seen steady progress & like RVP before him I think a full season without injury beckons.

Jack knows that he has to justify his claim to be a first team starter by proving his fitness. After all he is well aware that Wenger did try to shoe horn him into the team last season.

He is santi's long term replacement in my opinion & he knows it. May probably also play behind the strikers from time to time.

This report is frankly rubbish.

No player (bar the obvious few) can state they want to be in teh XI every week and in the position of their choosing.

I like Jack and hope he does well and stays fit, but he should relish teh chance to take his spot on merit and keep it rather than just expect it (which I doubt he does to be fair).

big season for him, if he stays fit and plays on the wing or does not play at all (even though fit) I would guess this time next year he will be wearing sky blue.

Can see him playing on the right a lot more with Ox on the left until Alexis is back.

Long term, I'd like to see him central if Santi is still deployed there I think Jack can potentially control games better from there as shown for England

If Ramsey comes back into the middle and Ox starts out wide then it'll be hard for Jack but he should be ahead of Cazorla at deep for me

Reckon we'll start the season like:

Theo
Ox--Ozil--Jack
Rambo--Coq

I think Jack should be told he's linking the midfield and the attack together in a more Iniesta style of role than anything when he's in the team, and to play he has to keep Mesut Ozil out.

In theory,

----------- Szczesny ------------
---- Koscielny - Gabriel P. ---
Bellerin - Coquelin - K.Gibbs
----- Ramsey -- Wilshere -----
Walcott - Welbeck - Sanchez

could be an amazing team, but right now your best line up is pretty obviously;

------------- Cech --------------
---- Koscielny - Mertesac. ---
Bellerin - Coquelin - Monreal
---------- Caz --- Ozil ----------
Walcott -- Giroud -- Sanchez

Which means that LOT of your players aren't living up to their potential.

If Wenger was tactically astute these could work using our best players

---------------Cech
Bellerin--Gab--Kos----Gibbs
----------------Coq
---------Rambo--Jack
---------------Ozil
---------Welbz----Alexis

-----------------Cech
Bellerin--Gab----Kos-----Monreal
-----------------Coq
-----------Rambo--Jack
-----Ozil--------------------Alexis
---------Theo/Welbz/NewCF

1st one similar to L'pool's title challenge season poorer SAS but a much better MF. Welbz & Alexis could press well and drift out to the flanks to provide width.

Jack and Rambo give us energy in the middle, Coq covers for when our FB's venture forward something Gerrard couldn't do well.

2nd team makes more sense, Ozil can drift inside with Hector providing width on the outside. Also has 4 runners in Bellerin, Alexis, Ramsey and Theo to use when on the ball.

Ramsey keeps his b2b role whilst Jack can sit a little deeper next to Coq and control games

Unfortunately Wenger is quite basic tactically and is only efficient with the 4-2-3-1 which means a couple of top players miss out, for me Santi should be sacrificed only like him at CAM and Ozil is our best player there

How is the report rubbish. Wilshere himself has been quoted saying he will be talking to Arsene about the upcoming season. Why do you talk so much shít?

EVERY player wants ot be in the first 11 every week bar the odd exception like Begovic. Its not unusual for players to want to talk to the manager or about their role in the team/squad. This is making a mountain out of a molehill.

I personally htink that Wenger should be saying to players like Wilshere, Ozil, Santi, Ramsey and to a degree Coq that they will be rotated throughout the season with the other midfielders as back up/sub.

Then for the forward positions we have Sanchez, Walcott, Ox, Welbeck and Giroud currently who could easily be rotated with younger players coming in if needed. Not sure that gives us a real top quality striker we need so thats the player I would like to see brought in unless Wenger genuiney believes Walcott can be that player. Although I'm not entirely confident in Wengers opinion any more.

If he wants first team football, he has got to be reliable by taking better care of himself on and off the pitch and more importantly perform better on constant basis

I see you are back after that ill advised rant about Xavi some weeks back. You still think arsenal fans unfairly big up Barca players and Scholes was a better player than Xavi

You said the reports werent true but there were no reports as such. OP gave his opinion on why Jack wanted to speak to Wenger and you took his opinion as fact, instead choosing to ignore the actual facts and quotes attributed to Jack. Once again showing yourself as the clueless gullible fool that you are 😂😂😂
