A complimentary basket of fruit to the first fan of another club to mebtion Sinclair and/or Rodwell.
That's discriminatory - 'only other clubs fans?'
Another young talent ruined by City like Sinclair/Rodwell/Sterling and Delph....... I'll PM you my address for the fruit basket.
funny how these fans always remember Rodwell and Sinclair but never make mention of Hart, Lescott, Barry & Milner.
Even an unknown Adam Johnson came into the lime light when he started playing for City.
Liverpool will be miffed as their policy these days is to buy up English talent with a view to selling on later.
No idea if he will make it but he does look extremely talented.

I think we may be extra miffed at this one. He's a great talent. I've seen him playing in youth games and he was outstanding.
Tbf I don't think city "ruined" rodwell, unfortunately he's injury prone and that stunted his progress at everton never mind city. We did well to sell him for £12m imo
We also allowed Spurs to buy Alli without putting a bid in who we were reported to be keen on. Perhaps a slight change in policy as we have already a lot of players with potential.
Funny how no one ever mentions how United 'ruined' Wilfred Zaha.

Zaha has gone from being an England player to a squad player at Palace since his time at Old Trafford. Perhaps someone should inform some of the ex-rags who slate City for supposedly ruining Scott Sinclairs' career.

I think there's a huge difference here. One was already a Premier League regular and much older.
"Funny how no one ever mentions how United 'ruined' Wilfred Zaha."
Not really the same though, is it? Zaha was a young player who was rated highly and United took a chance on. I don't think either club or player did well out of that deal. His attitude stunk though.
You're right that United aren't necessarily brilliant at developing young players though. Powell could possibly have done better elsewhere. Though again his attitude sucks
Boris
Zaha didn't win an England cap whilst at Palace either btw. Whilst some of your comments are out of context, others are just bare faced lies. And that just kind of undermines any (extremely negligible) value your points may hold

I was having a go at the media rather than United.
Zaha, who got an England call-up right after moving to OT and Powell have drifted into relative obscurity because they weren't good enough whereas the media make out that Sinclair and the permenantly injured Rodwell were top notch players who were abused by City.
Liverpool and especially Chelsea get an even easier ride.
Sorry Boris. You're absolutely correct there. City were made out to be everything that's wrong with the world tbf. I do think yous will slowly but surely get more credit now that people realise you're about for the long run and have grown as a club in a big way. Having said that, yous could always just appoint Jose tomorrow and speed up the process
