Lansbury was disappointing last season and he is on big money. If we could be sure he would get back to the form of 2014 I'd say keep him.
Selling him would reduce the wage bill and allow Ben Osborn to play regularly. We would still have Tesche, Vaughan, Osborn and Mancienne in centre midfield, and space for another new signing.
On balance tho' I'd say keep him but tell Burnley to try again in January if Henri doesn't do the business.
It would make no sense to sell any player that wasn't pushing for a fee at the moment.
Paul Taylor has talked to the club who have stated they are not aware of any bid even being lodged. Sounds like rubbish
The biggest disappointment is that in 3 years he has only shown is best for 3-4 months max
the biggest surprise is for 2.5m to a championship club that is not more competition because if you can get the best out of him he is a very good player
Even for a made up figure that is not true, it is quite low

Apparently they've now bid but it is "insulting low" and not near to the 2.5m we apparently accepted
