It was on time, last time I check when it was measurable the hours updated at 59th min.

As I demonstrated, at 14 minutes past it said the same as what you claim was 2 minutes to.
Because there isn't an hour between 2 minutes to 4 and 2 minutes after four!!

As soon as the hours changes at 2 mins to 4. It means I was on time.
