I don't think we can outbid arsenal tbh. They recently said they have £200 million to spend. Maybe if the bidding goes over 200 million then maybe we might have the edge but obviously it won't.

He's likely to want to move to London and work with a french manager if he does wanna leave. Plus there was that stuff his agent said about not wanting to come to united a few weeks back. I'll see if I can find it.

He'd want to join the bigger club with the better squad and that is Arsenal.

He says he ain't leaving at all so probably won't. But if he does go I'd imagine he'd go to the club where he would be the main man rather than competing with Rooney for a lone striking slot

If real do sell Benzema, they'll want more than 40m for him. I don't think Wenger will pay more than 40m on a player

If Benzema is the player who can be the missing piece of the puzzle (which I think he is) he might pay that. He paid over that for Ozil and has money to spend now the stadium isn't an issue.

we paid 42m for Ozil so Wenger would spend over 40 for Benzema. Can't see him paying over 45m though. If Benzema did become availabe surely PSG would be in the race? He's French and Ibra/Cavani have been linked with moves away
