Ok, £30m + Evans.
Evans is crap so no deals including him would convince me
I don't think we will consider anything under £35m and can see it easily reaching that and more next summer with Terry being another year older, jones being as calamitous as ever and city probably getting rid of that useless lump mangala

Why would Chelsea buy Evans to then give him to Everton?
The main sticking point on this whole deal has been overlooked.......
Does Stones want to move to Chelsea?
He certainly hasn't done anything to suggest so, no comments to the media, no refusal to play and no transfer request
Also the club has been very clear by categorically stating he's not for sale
You really think we would negotiate, If the player wasn't willing to join us?
Heads been turned, only a matter of time.
Why has Kenwright not catagorically said he's not for sale?
In private Stones must be willing but doesn't want to force a transfer which is understandable.

Who said it is a negotiation?
You have been told twice, NO!
Kenwright doesn't need to, martinez has already said he isn't and he is in change of who come and goes no the chairman, bill just negotiates deals when they've been given the go-ahead
Yes, probably because we don't want to meet the alleged asking price in one bid?
Process is called negotating.

The arrogance is strong in this one, the master of assumption
Martinez would have no say, If chairman feels bid is sufficient to sale.
Not arrogance, just common sense.

No - just your opinion based on very little

Surley when one clubs says that their player isn't for sale and then another club keeps bidding that's is more annoying than negotiating.
