No TEG,
It will take more than a magic sponge to right Forests problems.
Bring back Mannish. The channel five show was so amateur that it made me feel embarrassed.
My Sunday league career was ended by a knee injury.
I Snapped my PCL about 10 years ago playing 5-a-side and basically have been told that they will never operate on it and expect to get arthritis in the future.
The Navy have been good enough to provide me with a custom built, carbon fibre knee brace worth £750 but I'm not sure I can lend it to young Will.
And I agree that channel 5 format is garbage
Not if it was a REAL magic sponge Ramdini
Thought we sent you Jamie and his Magic Torch Teg?
Is there any light at the end of the tunnel yet?!!!
Your Words Worth nothing Karl
Or should that be Wards Worth nothing?
I frankly don't know what to make of our performance at Bolton. Are they a decent side under Lennon? They appeared to perform well and were also a bit brutal foul and tackle wise.
They have a powerful strike force with Heskey to come on late and ruffle a few defensive feathers. And I felt we were lucky to come away with a point. Not that there's anything wrong with a bit of luck!
Ramdini..i feel Clement made a terrible error putting Shotton on for Hughes. It killed us as an attacking threat. I know it was bad luck losing Bryson & Hughes after just 30 mins but what was wrong with goinig to the formation he played against Burton by putting Hendrick alongside Thorne and bringing Weimann on? Totally baffled me and made me uncomfortable watching us.
Morning Backo, another thing that worried me, yesterday and v Villareal was that we have no obvious overlap partnerships. Remember Brayford and the bloke we let go playing their little triangles and getting to the by-line several times a game. Also, when Forsyth was on song last year, with Dawkins and Bryson sometimes.
Maybe such understandings will take time. We need Baird and Ince/Russell/Wiessmann and Forsyth with who? To do the same down the left side.
I hope Hughes comes back quickly.
Getting the ball wide yesterday and only having Shotton on the ball was a nitemare. Against Villareal i dont think ive ever seen Will Hughes work as hard as that down the left. We wont get partnerships like that wide in this formation. Im not sure the players like tbh.
Got to disagree about the shotton sub. It was plain bad luck to lose both midfielders but moving Baird and bringing on a defender was an obvious logical move to me at the time.
I wasn't aware about Hendrick playing holding midfielder at Burton but when he has done in the past it just has not worked.
Totally diminished as an attacking force after that yes but that was because of who we lost not who we replaced them with and we still had enough attacking talent to be able to beat an ordinary Bolton side
No way were we lucky to get a point though. Apart from first five and last fifteen minutes we controlled the (admittedly poor) game
Do agree we need to bring Forsyth back. Warnock has been hopeless from day 1.
Chris. Not hopeless and definitely trying but I am always on edge when he is involved.
Rather have Forsyth except for late last season. With shackell and keogh holding central midfield and with Thorne I think Forsyth would get back to his original form.
Just a hint, if you are about to watch the FL highlights with added 'commentary', on Rams player, or elsewhere when they appear, to turn the volume down.
Who the hell is Kendrick ?
Richard Desmond and Rupert Murdoch. What a pair.
Lola Ferrari, what a pair.
A pair of tites . A bird watcher's paradise.
