I'd rather he left on a perm deal but a loan is good to, failing that we should just take him round the side of the main stand and shoot him!

KLS I agree.
RAP control yourself!!!!!!!
You guys were lining the streets when you signed him
We have made it so obvious that we are desperate to sell that any club will be mad to offer us a perm deal for him.
It's worth the cost of the wages just to have him away from the dressing room. Distraction
Yeah last season was balotellis fault
No, I wouldn't be happy.
Spending circa £4m on a player we don't have in the squad! Frankly I'd rather knock that £4m off the asking price and sell him for £4-5m permanently. At least that way it positively impacts our cash flow.

I said he would be a bad signing the day we got him. I also know a lot of other supporters who were not happy at his arrival. We have millions of fans worldwide so we are bound to have some that like him. we've even got fans who like Borini ffs
You saying theres something wrong with Borini?

There was a lot of excitement on JA when we signed him and he did sell a lot of shirts upon his arrival.
Rodgers ruined him. Could have been good for us.

Oh shut up!
He's nothing but a big, lazy 8astard!
Cheers for the comments lads.
KLS again I agree he is a waste of space.
I am not denying he has some talent but the only person who thinks Mario is a truly great player is Mario himself.
If he dedicated as much time to putting the effort in as he does in posing on social media he would be a good player.

I was delighted with signing Mario won't lie, thought he would do well for the first 6 months and then go all Mario, problem was he strated badly and quickly went all Mario!
Maybe had Studge been fit and he'd scored v Spurs things may have gone different.
But we've Benteke now so Mario can go work in the Melwood canteen as far as I'm concerned.
I got some grief & 1 stars back in September for calling Mario a waste of space and called for a new striker -

I was intrigued rather than delighted.
I thought he might do well for us and be a bit of catalyst to take us to better things, rather like our Cantona or Bergkamp I suppose, but there was always the chance he was going to flop and be a waste.
Unfortunately it was the latter.

Yep, I think that header he missed in his first game from a great Sturridge cross kind of showed what we could have won. If only they had been fit all season we MIGHT have seen a different player.
Then again he (and we) might have still been rubbish.
Dont know about anyone else, but i thought he looked better when he had a partner(though it didnt improve his shooting)
