Ref saved you with that disallowed goal. But Coutinho seems the real deal.

We actually look as though we will compete in every game, the performance is on a much higher level than last season.

To me Gomez was our man of the match. He's an absolute class act.

Benteke should have had a clear pen, so it's equal on the decisions front.

Gomez was quality, as was the whole defence, even Lovren.

Ibe was poor when he came on, disappointing performance.

Are they for real. We hit post twice, cech had his customary great game against us and we cud had two pens

fair. But we probably deserve the 3 points for our overall attacking play. BUT you have to put the ball in the net so thats our problem

On chances we should have won but could easily have lost it so happy enough. 7 points is a good start. Need to keep the pressing game going for more than 45 mins but that should come. Ings and Origi need some game time though

Only issue would be that it means Hendo and Milner (who I assume are our first choice pairing) are shackled. May be better playing one of them and a DM.

Happy with the result and performance. I expected Liverpool to get their customary stuffing at the Emirates.

Second week in a row the line officials have saved Liverpool.

Ramsey's goal was clearly onside and Arsenal should have won the game.

Giroud probably should have had penalty in the second half as well. The Benteke incident wasn't a pen.
