Am I the only one who never feels confident when I see Chico taking a penalty? Not sure he has that, well, 'something' that I feel when I see Rooney or RVP (as he used to) step up to the spot...

No, I said he'd miss too when he stepped up.

Looks like City are paying £60m for De Bruyne
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Unless Chelsea somehow get Pogba City will walk the league.
Really Chicha??? I thank him because he has confirmed to LVG that we are woefully short in the 'can-hit-a-barn-door' department.
How is De Bruyne worth £60 million?

I never feel confident when I see him get the ball.
His incredible movement aside, he's a woeful footballer.

£58.7m apparently.
City reluctant to pay more than the current British record of £59.6m.

They're De Bruyning football
He's good, but not that good. Not a chance.
We could lay that kind of sum down for someone though, we've hardly dug into our 'warchest' have we.

Yes mate, I get what you mean. If he is in the box and a cross comes in, he can perform all sorts of contortions to net the ball, but bearing down on goal or stepping up the spot, not his strength...
I think I was fine with De Bruyne being in the region of £50m but almost £60m??! Not sure anymore.
Rooney hasn't got the greatest first touch. But Hernandez's is so bad it could make an onion cry.

Deadline day deal for Bale. DDG part ex.
I'd say £45 million max for De Bruyne.

What?
Toure, Silva, Sterling and Navas as back up creating chances for Aguero
They're going to score some lovely goals this season.
This is not the Hernandz we're used to.

Missed De Bruyne off The whole point of the comment.
How would he even fit in.
Silva has looked imperious in the central role and that has largely been down to him having two speedy wingers either side of him stretching the game
De bruyne will likely play on the right and he will constantly look to come inside
Jesus. If we rely on Hernandez instead of buying a new striker then LVG should be forced to watch Watford vs Saints on repeat.
