Should have also said it's fantastic news for England too.

Lee Camp appears to been overlooked. Shame.

Great news. Well done Frankie

On the subject of international keepers - I just spotted this from a Forest fan:

"Camp is really getting on my nerves this season. He was woeful yesterday and I am sure if you were to interview him after the match he'd have told you he was the best player on the pitch. He did not command his box and looks to be in a constant sulk. Man up Camp or move on. He has lost all his energy and plays like he doesn't want to be here. You simply cannot condone that in a keeper."

I hope his Dad's not on JA606...

Just like to say, congratulations to Frank, on the good news he will be England's no1 against the welsh, also I'd just like to say this, he is not in fantastic form (that's not to have a go at him) but lets hope with him being England's no1 it will give him confidence for his season with Derby County

...and doesn't result in the board trying to cash in on him too soon!

Camp the Irishman.

I wonder how tempted his Dad was to call him "Base", "Summer" or "Refugee"

"Fielding not in form". Come off it! I was straight in line with the shot he fumbled. It literally cork-screwed. And it was high velocity too. I'm sure he is disappointed in himself but that's not to say he is not in form. So far he has kept brilliantly apart from that one slip. If it had gone to a Derby player instead nobody would have noticed.

Thankfully Fielding isn't going to be No.1

Thankfully you now have England's least popular manager!

Thankfully he earned the right to become England manager

TEG - You and I both know the England manager selection process is an absolute joke.

If it wasn't Sir Brian would have been England manager.

McClaren has achieved more than most English managers in the game. Not even an argument

Congrats Frank

Amazing experience for him and I think a huge part of our defensive solidity has been our ability to play the ball back to him, nice to finally have a sweeper keeper.

As much as I've been impressed with him it does highlight a dearth in English goalkeeping talent tho ... not saying Frank isn't the prodigy we know he will be but competition could be tougher.

That said go on "the Field' n hope he gets a chance to have a chat with Scott Parker n let him know that all that long ball Sam Allardyce stuff would never happen at Derby and as he's already in the Championship might as well stick around at a nice club, with excellent training facilities and live life simply on a low wage for a year or two...it would be a great experience professionally and in terms of personal growth.
