They're killing us at the minute....

I went thru this with Person and he finally stopped playing him! The nightmare continues....

Do I moan when you single out Kasper at every opportunity? No....so stop being a hypocrite - fine to slate Kasper, but no ok for others to do the same to RDL.

Calm down and remember how p*ssed off you got by being called a hypocrite by me. Only one person to blame Mahrez for giving the ball away in his own hlaf why arn't you calling him out ?

Great header!!!! Where are you Nev?????

posted on 29/8/15

Don't be ridiculous Nev, yes Mahrez gave the ball away and takes some responsibility, but loads happened AFTER that. Because he gave the ball away does that mean the defence can just sit back and not do their jobs?

RDL was motionless in the box - the cross should never have made its way in

Mahrez was naive to give the ball away like that and he will be told that I'm sure, but the situation really should've been dealt with comfortably.

De Laet was totally bamboozled by the simplest of one-twos and as a team you can't really legislate for a defender deciding he's just not going to bother doing any defending...

I suppose if I started slating Kasper though it would be ok

So thats every poster disagreeing with Nev then

Bournemouth are really up for it, we're not used to being pressed like this....

Mahrez and rdl dont seem to have any understanding of what there doing ,,
we know Mahrez is poor at getting back quickly and rdl should know hes on his own and not over commit ,
bournmouth have identified this weeknesss,

wheres you apology for calling me a hypocrite then?

Mahrez gave the ball away in a dangerous area fact RDL got beat fact and no one picked up the runner.

Just for avoidance of doubt wheres the cover in front of RDL?

I would not mide him and Kasper being dropped if we had better players than them.

But the whole teams a mess but you just have one player to blame !

Needs some tinkering!!!!

posted on 29/8/15

De Laet is far far too easily beaten by a little bit of skill, the sooner we get a new rb the better

posted on 29/8/15

Mahrez is an attacking outlet, he's not going to be tracking back - the same way someone like Mata doesnt. But dublin is right - RDL doesnt read this - he's not there to cover if Mahrez does lose the ball.

Also - positionally he's been shocking today. He literally doesnt know where to stand - I've never quite seen a performance like it from him

Nev - why would I apologise for saying something thats true?

Tactics all wrong and being made to look poor by an average team.

posted on 29/8/15

I have been blaming him for 3 seasons..... Weak links break chains!

posted on 29/8/15

I have one player to blame because he's had an absolute howler which has led to the goal although I accept Mahrezs responsibility. Yes the team have been poor, looks like the wrong tactics from CR

To be fair TB - its exactly the kind of game we lost under Pearson. Remember Palace away straight after the Man Utd victory? We then went on that run of playing Ulloa on his own and losing to most of the bottom half

posted on 29/8/15

Sounds on the radio like we need to take Drinkwater off for Okazaki.

posted on 29/8/15

Drinky has to be subbed as well. Both him and RDL having shockers

posted on 29/8/15

where is the midfield?
B,players running 20-40 yrds and no tackles/
tinker man needs to tinker big time for 2nd half

posted on 29/8/15

Dunge - agreed. Its 4-5-1 and its in effective. Drinkwater cant adapt to being pressed, he's not being given the time Spurs gave him

posted on 29/8/15

HT thank god........thats as poor as we were under Pearson during our bad run

posted on 29/8/15

De Laet isn't to blame for the terrible team performance Nev, but he is largely to blame for the goal and indeed every chance i can remember that Bournemouth have had and I think that's the point people are making.

To be fair apart from Vardy and Schlupp everybody has been poor for us so far today.

I'd bring on Okazaki for Drinkwater at half time and maybe Inler for De Laet and move Kante to right back? Either that or get Benalouane on for RDL in a straight swap.
