You can't have been watching much of City or Spain then. Key player for both for obvious reasons. Even when playing cm now for City.
Not doubting Payet has better set pieces. Only one has proven themselves at the highest level consistently. Think only Mata delivers more than Silva in big games in the prem, that's not taking into account the better control Silva offers of games either. Sure there must be a couple big games Payet has done well in though, obviously a top player.
