TRC, broken fecking record mate. It wasn't just Rooney that was garbage, most of the squad was. Don't just single out one person....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Broken record but true. The team and performance was poor but they can all improve next game. Rooney cannot.
I am not one of the current bashers of Rooney; heck, i have hardly been on ja606 this season. But if you don't think we have a major striking problem, then you are really deluded.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm not suggesting we don't have a problem. I'm just pointing out that laying the entire blame of this loss on Rooney is ridiculous and does nothing to point out the other problems we had on the pitch.
MuDD, strikers giving the ball away is hardly unheard of. It happens a lot, that's why you have a midfield and defenders.

Absolutely he was crap, Mudd. But so was Herrera, Depay and Romero...
Rooney was partly to blame, yes, he gave it away but we have 10 others on the field that could have done something to prevent the goal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They were up the pitch providing bodies to score a goal. He gave it away
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He gave it away then turned away and did a strop instead of chasing back, something he was renown for

Have you and I been watching different Rooney's for his career? He was well known for giving it away then busting a gut to get it back. He didn't do that today, and it was partially his fault that we lost.
I just think the criticisms of him after this game are massively ott...
Dont really see the point in LvG staying. His decisions are baffling. What a mistake it was to make Rooney captain. Our football is fecking shocking to watch. We spent a ton of money, yet we still have clear weaknesses across our team. I dont see what Van Gaal offers at all.
Who you gonna replace LVG for? ..
rooney has apparently not scored in the PL away from OT since last november...no one having a pop at him is basing it solely on today/this season.
Yeah its LVG fault we dominate virtually every game, create most chances, concede least but don't win. Its more Ed Woodward fault for net getting a striker. LVG must be wondering how Rooney missed those chances.
Think woodward genuinely believes he's playing championship manager...
Thats 3 games Man Utd dominate chances and game against Swansea and lose to two goals out of blue. Monk is a lucky manager against Man Utd. Rooney missed 4 big chances similar to the 4 he had against Club Brugge.

I meant he was renown for running back but now throws a strop . when the opposition break he is found running at the ref these days swearing
Today was all his fault
Reckon media will say Rooney lack of service is reason why we are struggling for goals again despite missing 4 near sitters for any world class striker.

How are you?
TCP his last miss was embarrassing though. It just shows you we got the best defence, midfield but least efficient attackers. I don't get how teams from lower leagues or lower standard are always clinical against us but we pay huge wages in striking department and they can't score simple chances I could score. If I had the chances Rooney and Hernandez had this season I most likely would have had 10 goals.
Monk as deluded like last two times. We had the most and best chances.

"Manchester United have no chance of challenging for the title, I'm telling you that right now."
........
Hartson as fickle as ever. Only Man Utd can dominate the chances and lose. We deserved to win the game but again the analysis will miss all the clear chances we had.
where has his confidence gone... now everything has to be 2 touches 3 touches...
had a chance to lob the keeper, no, tries to play safe...
loses it.
last chance 2 touches and then has to position his body for his right foot, (cos now he can't shoot with his left) giving time for the Def to make the heroic save...
Walker was unlucky 1st game, but Roon did the same thing..

More ridiculous bias We created far more chances and first team to create more chances then Swansea this season.

WTF every pundit seems to be blind to every chance we create and we utterly dominate. If Rooney and Mata take there chances we could have scored 6.
Swansea 71% vs 83% Man UTD Pass completion rate.
Swansea 7 chances created Man Utd 10 chances created.
