His name has been chanted at every game this season
He'll get a great ovation. Pretty obvious his motives for wanting to go home. Don't think he has anything against the club and if he were single, I doubt he'd even be trying to leave.
Can hardly blame the fella for wanting to live with his mrs whose job doesn't allow her to live in england
This is why we need to encourage immigration of hot foreign women into the UK.
It will certainly help

Will that keep de gea at utd
His missus might have something to say about it
I like your thinking though
I'm hoping he really changes his head around. I know I have some bias but the way Real have handled this transfer along with how Casillas and Navas have been treated, seems a deathtrap for De Gea.
I'd be interested to see what would happen if he broke up with Edurne.
Here's hoping he breaks up and folds a hot English lass

Sadly the kind of slappers that stalk footballers like him here are in it for the money.

Yes, she said a freezer was more what she had in mind.
He'll get a terrific reception because he has handled the whole situation professionally and we as fans appreciate that. I am sure that the way he will be treated by the fans will give him a huge boost.
Plenty of hot English women mud!
Do me a favour, lining up to kiss his ring for his professional behaviour blah blah blah... Was not able to play a full game on tour despite having his status launched into the stratosphere by the most supported/viewed club in the world. Voted best player at the club for last 2 years, what do you want fans to do? The look on his face when joining up with spanish squad says it all. If you have to beg players to stay at a club whether from the terraces or the boardroom 99% of them are not worth it,the other one was Ronaldo.
Won't be there til the Sunderland game by which time this 'poor tormented soul' may have deigned to do his job which is to stop goals and give respect back to those of you that worship him of which i will never be one.

The lad has done a great job for our club and has been professional about the transfer saga. When you have got players like Berahinho talking about refusing to play, that counts for something. Most human beings would accept De Gea wanting to move back to his home country to be with his partner and family. He will be given the same respect from the fans that he has shown us.
As for him not playing - that is LVG's choice. The manager made some noises about him not being in the right frame of mind to play at the start of the season. De Gea's camp seemed confused by this and suggested he was ready to play. What the truth of the matter is none of us really know, but I'd be very surprised if he had refused to play. From the outside looking I would say that was LVG's decision. So for me he hasn't done anything wrong.
I never said he had done anything wrong. I said he has had all the respect and love from the terraces and should get on with it. I didn't hear any comments attributed to Dave about his love for the club . What more should fans do for a player that wanted desperately to leave?
He could have released a statement anytime in the last 3 months about his situation/frame of mind and didn't. I'm not sentimental about players that want to leave regardless of 'homesickness/under thumbness'.
Are you suggesting there are species other than 'human beings' concerned about him leaving?
What respect has he given to fans over the last 3 months of this saga? Talk sense,he won't be booed by anyone will he but,i won't be raising the roof for him either.
A footballer that keeps his mouth shut and gets on with the job is showing enough respect for me. I don't need declarations of his love for the club to make me respect him. He is a professional doing a job and he has done it to a very high level whilst at United. I am happy with that and will applaud him for doing so and show the support that I believe will give him a boost and quite possibly help him play well for however much longer he remains at the club.
I don't think DDG is 100% innocent in all this but if there's one thing I know about the match going united fans it's that they'll cheer his name to the rafters because he's still at the club and each cheer will be designed to be sent as a fack you to Real.
Ddg hasn't done anything wrong. From all accounts he was happy to play but Lvg didn't deem it a good idea, probably because he knew we would happily sell at last minute when Madrid got a little desperate.
He hopefully starts the next game because he is comfortably our best keeper.
