agree with side, the noise from the post, Carson static and the ball wooshing from one side of the net to the other made it look unreal.
I remember the double thwack when McAllister scored against us for Leicester in the game Strachan scored. The noise of him hitting it followed immediately by the sound of the ball hitting the post as it went in showed just how hard he hit the ball.
My top 3 (in reverse order) would have to be
3) Beckford's against Bristol Rovers - just the relief and what it meant for us and the sound and madness in Elland Road was beautiful
2) Yeboah's against Wimbledon - it wasn't expected and just seemed so unreal
1) Bowyer's the 4th goal v Derby County - after being 3-0 down after 33 minutes and seemingly out of it, we fought back. Bowyer who that season couldn't hit a barn door from 6 yards scored the winner. I leapt out of my seat and ran down the stairs in the west stand, couldn't breathe, my heart was pumping and I was screaming.....better than s?x every time
May I interject?
Carl Shutt's winner against Stuttgart in the 2-1 rematch does it for me - closely followed by Speedo's goal in the 4-1 win at ER. Those Wilko years were utterly brilliant!

Yes you may, two fine goals.
The Wilko years were utterly brilliant as you say.
