Ballotelli didn't need a partner to play off the year before he joined Liverpool when he had over a 0.8 strike rate per 90 when played as a lone striker.
Balotelli was just crap, due to himself, there can be no excuses.

Nobody answered earlier, how do Liverpool fans see the first team taking shape when you have a fit squad?
Obvioulsy the likes of Firminho, Benteke, Henderson, Milner and Coutinho are, presumably, must starters, but that means an end to the 5 at the back?
We haven't played five at the back this season bar a few mins at west ham when a man down.
A 4-2-2-2 derivative I would have thought when everyone is fit busby but who knows?!?

As soon as he clicks I can imagine they will threaten to score a hundred goals in a season again.
