PM: Botaka is a flashy, skilful winger with lovely close control and immense pace. He plays with his head up and blends his individual ability well with his ability to play for the team.

Not just pace, immense pace, not a headless chicken and likes to entertain the masses whilst helping the team.

It could be said that his main weakness is one aspect that makes him so exciting – he likes to take risks with his dribbles which sees him give the ball away quite a bit. It makes him a thrilling player to watch but might irritate his coach.

As with all flair players, especially the younger ones, he will likely frustrate at times.

PM: I think he will do well once he adapts to the physical aspect of the game. I don’t think he’ll get as much time on the ball as he’s used to but he has the ability to succeed for Leeds and he’s still developing as a player. There’s more to come from Botaka. Overall I think it’s a good move for him and Leeds United.

Cannot complain. We have bought a talented player who is in his fledgling years and has the potential to be a real favourite for us fans.

All football signings are a gamble, but these types are probably the most hit and miss.,.. Well generally more miss than hit. From the clips I've seen he clearly has skill... Can he translate that into being an effective winger in a new country in front of big passionate fans and in a faster-paced more physical style of football?

Well given his life story it looks like he's going to be a trier, rather than a billy big time. As for the rest well who knows, but let's hope so... We've all been praying for a pacy, tricky winger... We've finally found someone who might fit the bill, let's get behind the lad and keep our fingers crossed that he's more gradel than da costa

Massive hit or massive miss,
Cant see a mid ground,
Hope the boy comes good.

If he gives the ball away a few times trying to go past people there's nothing wrong with that, on the 4th attempt he may set up a goal and if he does that every week, he'll entertain and rack up some assists.

He is only a few months older than Sam, so is still a kid. We should see him in the same developmental light.
