I can tell from the first 2 overs what the wicket will be like.. you just prop forward and play with the bat and you will never get out. you expect more to happen on the first morning of a test.. every time Broad as tried to do something different hes gone for 4.. the margin for error is non existant..

England, in the past Pakistan, South Africa, New Zealand and Sri Lanka bowlers have got ample of wickets as the stats show. England are just a good team if conditions suit. If conditions aren't there, the seamers look lost... This is why the likes of NZ and Saffers are streets ahead of England. Until you learn to play in all conditions, your just a homie team - bit like Pakistan and India
