You're right it doesn't, but when you get one of your lot spouting"at this point in time Chelsea are better" we've agreed it means feck all, but in truth Arsenal are better just look at the league table, I hadn't realised how much hurt it causes Chelsea fans to be looking up at the likes of Arsenal "at this point in time"

Agreed on the day you were the better team however, "at this point in time" Arsenal are doing better than Chelsea over the 6 games played, whether or not it'll stay like that is another matter.

Arsenal's results this season proves they're better than Stoke, Newcastle & Crystal Palace (whom they beat). Ours proves we're not on the same level as City, Everton or Crystal Palace............. but better than Arsenal

Have to say that's got to be my all time favourite ridiculous comment, anyway back to your logic, so if you're saying, Leicester are above Chelsea in the league but because Chelsea are in the Champions league they're better "at this point in time" you did say that didn't you??

So, going by your logic and taking this all the way back to the original discussion of who's better between Arsenal and Chelsea "at this point in time" not only are Arsenal above you in the League they're also in Champions League, go figure that one Einstein. Massive

No I swear they must be. I've looked over the PL table again and again and can't see Barcelona or Real on it anywhere. They must be playing in some sub-standard league

You see, what separates you and me my loveable chum is factoring in multiple sources of evidence to form my opinion - the incomplete PL table just being one of them. I could be that narrow minded and simply say the last complete PL table shows us on top of it, thus making us superior to all other 19 PL teams at....... wait for it.............. "this point in time"

You look at Arsenal's recent history against us, their recent history of finishing below us in the PL table routinely, the fact we beat them less than a week ago, etc... and the only logical conclusion to draw is that we own them right now. Them being a few points above us in a PL table not even a quarter of the way through is a weak rebuttal.

P.S. On reflection I can see why that CL argument wouldn't have landed on you. I mean after all it's a competition with makeweight teams like Barcelona in it. Oh foolish foolish me
