I think she will get a nice little pay off
Hounslow , I don't think she was doing so badly anyway !
No I'm sure she was very well paid but I'm sure she ain't happy with the way she's been treated.
She must think she's got a good case to take this action.
Hell hath no fury....................!
What do we think she'll claim...?
Unfair dismissal...she hasn't been sacked

Constructive dismissal.

Think Jose will find a new club before having to resort to this, but you just never know.

Lets not talk about Brendan then
He's already had more makeovers than The Nolan woman

You think?
It was all over the news.
Doing what you are paid to do, at the bequest of the Referee, no less, and getting publicly humiliated for it because a manager wants to have one of his players faking injury to waste time.
Only one winner here.
She's going for the money via constructive dismissal - I don't think she should get it but she will...

The only speculative part of that was the faking injury, which was very likely. The rest is pure fact.
Screw Mourinho and everything he represents

Think she is pretty nailed on to win a constructive dismissal case.
Most ordinary workers might put forward a case based on comments, or actions played out in a work place, that might include comments, or actions made in front of half a dozen people, maybe dozens of people, that make them feel their position is untenable.
In this case, she was openly criticised for nothing more than doing her job, in front of millions, and made to withdraw from her usual position within that workplace, on the behest of the man who was openly criticising her.
Not really sure why you would think she should not get it ?
Seems pretty straight forward.
Anyway, pretty sure shell be paid off, so doubt there will be any tribunal as such.
VW would love a case as strong as hers...
Cue two weeks of high profile Chelsea hatred, cloaked in a pretext of moral outrage.
