Looking very much like Norwich. A few glimmers of chances, not much else. Not really threatening much and always susceptible to dodgy defending.
sturridge drifting wide left, coutinho too, Terribly terribly lopsided here.
needs addressing
Brighton and Reading both 2 up away from home.
The two surprise teams in the Championship so far.
This game is as flat as Gail Platts Baps
we are still attacking, but seem quite happy with our lead..
That was a corner on aspas level
Westwood taking corner lessons from Aspas there.
One goals never going to win this for us. We look an absolute mess at the back. Obviously that's not surprising, but we need to show some teeth in the middle and up front
sturridge is part of the problem.
to be expected considering the length of his injury but this is an average at best performance from him.
He needs to fix up look sharp

click passing, then sturridge, you will see he is operating off the wide left.
He probably needs to try and get more central, if hes playing as an inside forward by design then i wish we had marko on the bench as thats his favoured position..
ibe might be worth a try in that same role too, no defensive burden, let him try to unlock villa.
Well at least we are winning.
Noticeable how quiet this thread gets when people arent incessantly moaning
I rather have a half fit Studge playing than any other player we have upfront. You see they drop deep because of his pace.
Decent first half from us, but worryingly we still look capable of dropping a b'llock at the back.
Interesting that Couts is playing deeper with Milner playing more as an AM

agree totally, he wont finish the match though, so when he comes off we need a player with pace and the ability to cut inside to come on
Only one nill vs sunderland? Expected 5-0 ht.
